In 1992, fan-favorite artist Jim Lee took over the creative duties for the popular comic. His priority was getting Logan out of his brown costume and back into a variation of the blue, black and gold classic 'tiger stripe' look. With the launch of X-Men Vol.2 Wolverine was back in his blue and gold costume by issue #4 and stayed with this costume for close to a decade. The Wolverine '92 is the second statue in Gentle Giant's recently announced Wolverine Collector's Gallery series. The statue comes with real metal claws, an attitude of 'being the best at what he does' and is inspired by the cover art for Old Man Logan Vol. 2 #23. The statue has been digitally sculpted, and hand-painted by the amazing artisans of Gentle Giant Studios and each one comes hand numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
